Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using JIRA and Confluence
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document findings in clear, actionable deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Track KPIs and report on project outcomes to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with daily pay or contract experience
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written/verbal communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP) preferred
