Responsibilities
- Implement daily pay solutions for corporate clients across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Conduct financial audits and payroll compliance reviews for assigned corporate accounts
- Train corporate HR and finance teams on daily pay platform utilization
- Develop customized payroll optimization strategies for mid-sized businesses
- Monitor transaction processing and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with IT team to enhance platform security and user experience
- Generate monthly performance reports for corporate clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 3+ years of corporate payroll processing or financial services experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Texas labor laws and federal payroll regulations
- Certification in Payroll (CPP) or Financial Technology preferred
