Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the comprehensive 2026 corporate innovation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and evaluate their potential impact on our product lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align 2026 initiatives with current business objectives.
- Present strategic insights, progress reports, and budget requirements to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of forward-looking innovation projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and future-thinking across the organization through workshops and internal initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external tech partners, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of industry curves.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or innovation leadership within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully conceptualizing and launching forward-looking products or initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technological trends and their practical business applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous future trends into concrete business strategies.
- Experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
