Responsibilities

- Evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies including Generative AI, Web3, and advanced spatial computing into our product ecosystem.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and product strategists.
- Partner closely with the C-suite to forecast technological shifts and secure executive buy-in for disruptive R&D projects.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof, cloud-native architectures ahead of our 2026 milestone.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI and market impact of innovation sprints.
- Represent FutureForge Tech at industry-leading conferences and technology summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic product management.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to think 3-5 years ahead of current market trends and build actionable strategies around those predictions.
