Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's comprehensive AI roadmap through 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models for integration into our existing tech stack.
- Define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for all strategic AI initiatives.
- Present strategic updates, forecasts, and recommendations to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and oversee a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all AI solutions strictly align with ethical guidelines, security standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling machine learning or AI products.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and modern data architecture.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in high-growth startup or top-tier enterprise tech environments.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align advanced technical projects with overarching business goals.
