Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, creating a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum-ready solutions.
- Oversee architectural decisions to ensure system scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable development plans.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, architecture, or strategic planning roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future tech trends is highly desirable.
