- Oversee the development of long-term innovation labs and pilot programs designed to test emerging technologies.
- Communicate complex future scenarios and strategic plans to executive leadership and stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic investments and technological shifts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and forward-thinking methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Strong background in emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, or biotech.
- Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through periods of rapid change.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
