Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging trends and integrating them into our core business strategy.
- Lead high-level initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the research and development of sustainable and green technology solutions to meet ESG goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation across all departments, encouraging cross-functional collaboration on futuristic projects.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to identify potential disruptions and opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative technology projects.
- Deep expertise in AI, Big Data, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable milestones.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
