Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of the 2026 global product roadmap.
- Align cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless delivery of launch milestones.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep the 2026 initiative on schedule and under budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project dashboards to report progress to the executive board.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external strategic partners and vendors critical to the 2026 launch.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance among project team members.
- Conduct post-launch analyses to measure success against initial KPIs and outline future growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic operations, or program leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, multi-year product launches from conception to market release.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in Austin, Texas.
