Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term technological roadmap, focusing on breakthroughs for the 2026 era.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation AI models and ethical frameworks for autonomous agents.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum mechanics and neural interfaces to create strategic partnerships.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and high-net-worth investors with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee the prototyping of 'Future Tech' solutions for enterprise clients.
- Establish internal governance policies for data privacy and algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Tech, AI, or R&D sectors.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning architectures, and Neural Networks.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M and leading teams of 50+ engineers.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategy.
