Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive teams including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Manage office operations including inventory control, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
