- Document workflows and maintain process documentation
- Support UAT testing and solution validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database structures
