Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using Visio
- Analyze business metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop test cases and support user acceptance testing

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solution enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau)

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client visits
