Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions with technical teams and end-users
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs and functional specifications
- Assist in testing and QA processes to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
