Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution effectiveness
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL data querying and data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business language
