Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories to guide development teams
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Assist in implementing and optimizing data-driven solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to deliver iterative value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
