Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
