Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel for data visualization
- Facilitate solution testing and validation with technical teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a Business Analyst representative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or academic project experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools preferred
