Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on project scope and deliverables
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems with clear documentation
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related internship
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and basic SQL knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
