Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes for development teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
