Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Create data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project objectives
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities
- Track KPIs and deliver regular progress reports to leadership
- Assist in testing and validation of new features and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
