Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Develop and maintain data dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope and objectives
- Track project progress and identify risks using Agile methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, internships, or relevant projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) or equivalent coursework preferred
