Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear recommendations
- Support continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
