Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Document business processes and deliverables using industry-standard methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and basic reporting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
