Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and needs.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the creation of business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support the implementation of new software solutions and process changes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (0-2 years of experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
