Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project scope and deliverables
- Support UAT testing and document findings with clear, concise technical documentation
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
- Basic understanding of SQL and database fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modeling tools
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, ECBA) or related field preferred
