Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document requirements effectively.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows and system logic.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making processes and reporting.
- Participate in user story creation and backlog management for agile software development projects.
- Conduct research and gap analysis to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Maintain documentation databases and ensure accuracy of business requirements specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and industry standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
