Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Review current workflows and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and surveys to gather detailed requirements from stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Assist in creating process flowcharts, data models, and wireframes using standard tools.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specs, and process diagrams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure project alignment.
- Reporting: Assist in the analysis of KPIs and the generation of actionable business reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
