As a key member of our project delivery squad, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that our software products and services deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and processes to determine solutions that best address business requirements.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis using interviews, document analysis, site visits, and workflow observations.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the business processes.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize business workflows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
