Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting complex data sets to support decision-making.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and system documentation using tools like Visio and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Testing Support: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
