Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create process flows, data models, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Conduct basic data analysis and generate regular reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support the execution of data migration projects and system testing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
