Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain accurate departmental records
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires including orientation scheduling
- Prepare professional correspondence and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for department staff
- Support cross-functional projects with data collection and presentation preparation

Qualifications
