Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure confidential information is securely maintained
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate orientation activities
- Support office operations by managing inventory orders, vendor communications, and facility requests
- Conduct preliminary research for special projects and compile executive reports
- Represent the company professionally in client and partner communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
