Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through regular communication and support.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external corporate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and project metrics using company software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth business functions across the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; High School Diploma with equivalent professional experience is accepted.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
