- Support sales and marketing initiatives: Collaborate with the team to prepare presentation materials, conduct market research, and assist with client outreach.
- Manage data and filing systems: Organize digital and physical records to ensure our operations run smoothly and information is easily accessible.
- Conduct client meetings: Greet visitors and clients, schedule appointments, and provide a professional first impression of our brand.
- Attend training sessions: Participate in weekly professional development workshops to enhance your corporate knowledge and skillset.
- Assist with project coordination: Help track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met by the internal team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure the office environment remains professional and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior corporate experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past job titles.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
