Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Support the sales and marketing team by preparing presentation materials and market research reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute daily operations and special projects.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Learn and utilize our internal software systems for reporting and tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia office.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during business hours.
