- Manage daily corporate operations and assist in the execution of business strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in our database and prepare necessary reporting documentation.
- Support the marketing department with content creation and social media management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred).
