Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries regarding products and services efficiently.
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and facilitate customer relations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
