Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for department heads
- Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Create financial models to support investment decisions and growth initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning processes
- Support audits by compiling documentation and reconciling accounts
- Present findings to senior leadership using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial functions)
- Basic understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is a plus
