Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate client accounts and perform high-volume data entry.
- Assist in the daily operations of the corporate office and logistics.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Process incoming inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs and weekly team meetings.
- Conduct market research and assist in preparing performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- A valid driverβs license is preferred.
