- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Document project progress using Jira, Trello, and Asana platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation under guidance
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
