Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Asana/Jira
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint reviews
- Document project requirements, risks, and progress reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
- Implement Agile methodologies to improve team efficiency
- Support risk mitigation and change management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar tools
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
