- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align project objectives
- Track project milestones using JIRA and Asana tools
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication
- Support budget tracking and vendor management activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Valid US work authorization required
