Responsibilities

- Track project progress using Jira Asana and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily standups and weekly status meetings
- Document project risks issues and mitigation strategies
- Support stakeholder communication and reporting
- Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with senior PMs on process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business IT Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira Asana MS Project)
- Basic knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
