Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliverables across engineering, design, and marketing teams using Jira and Asana
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly stakeholder updates to ensure alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Track KPIs and generate progress reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with vendors to manage third-party deliverables and SLAs
- Support continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
