Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Track project milestones using Jira and Microsoft Project tools
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and change logs
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (PMP, CSM) preferred but not required
