Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with development teams
- Track project KPIs and generate progress reports for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Manage documentation including project charters, meeting notes, and post-mortems
- Serve as primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or equivalent certification preferred
