Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track project milestones using Jira and Asana tools
- Coordinate cross-functional team communications and documentation
- Monitor project risks and escalate blockers to senior PMs
- Assist with stakeholder reporting and status updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles
