Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Track project progress using JIRA and Microsoft Project, updating stakeholders weekly
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document project requirements, risks, and change requests
- Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation
- Prepare status reports for senior leadership and clients
- Support vendor management and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, government-contracting environment
