Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project KPIs and maintain real-time progress dashboards in JIRA/Asana
- Document project requirements, risks, and change requests using standardized templates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and ensure alignment with business goals
- Prepare monthly status reports for executive leadership and key clients
- Support vendor management and procurement processes for project materials
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in PMP or CAPM is a plus but not required
